Nine years turning African land into lasting partnerships, and the belief that got me here.
My journey in real estate and investment has been shaped by one fundamental belief:
"Land should not be viewed merely as a tradable asset, but as a foundation for development, enterprise and long-term wealth creation."
With over nine years of experience in the real estate and development industry, I have worked across property sales and marketing, development advisory, investor relations, project coordination and joint venture opportunities. Through this experience, I have seen both the enormous value held in African land and assets, and the challenges that arise when landowners with viable opportunities lack access to the right investors, developers, technical expertise and strategic partners.
This realization became one of the driving forces behind Joint Ventures Africa: a platform founded to help bridge the gap between opportunity and capital by connecting landowners, project owners, investors, developers and strategic partners.
Acting General Manager: real estate advisory, property management, valuation, physical planning, surveying, sales and agency, and joint venture development.
Exposure to major infrastructure developments including Konza Technopolis and the Nairobi Expressway.
A Chinese company with investments and developments in Kenya, including Alba Garden in Kilimani.
Early grounding in property sales, marketing and investor relations.
Collaboration with Alex Chamwada's Daring Abroad, deepening my appreciation of the African diaspora as a source of investment, expertise, networks and partnerships for Africa's development.
Developments, ceremonies and client consultations from the field.
Across Africa, there are landowners sitting on valuable land, entrepreneurs with viable projects, institutions with underutilized assets and communities surrounded by opportunities that could create significant economic value. At the same time, there are investors actively searching for credible, structured and investment-ready opportunities.
"Africa does not lack opportunities. What we need are stronger structures, credible partnerships and the courage to collaborate."
That is the vision behind Joint Ventures Africa: connecting opportunities, capital and partnerships for Africa's growth.
Whichever side of the table you're on, let's talk.
